Anne-Camille Hersh, President

Anne-Camille Hersh is a native of France who calls the creative mecca of Miami home. Inspired by her great uncle, Father de Lavenère-Lussan, founder of France’s famed Pop Circus, Anne-Camille has always found the arts and artists to be a great source of joy and inspiration. She believes the arts are vital to thriving communities.

A seasoned arts administrator, she has 20 years of experience negotiating contracts and securing international visas for some of the world’s most celebrated choreographers, dancers, costume and set designers. In addition, she has experience overseeing all aspects of high-profile tours to New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Paris, Canada, and more for the critically acclaimed Miami City Ballet.

Career highlights include producing a three-week outdoor run of The Nutcracker at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. The event was the only production of a live, large-scale Nutcracker performance by a major ballet company in the country that year. She also successfully organized and executed numerous tours for Miami City Ballet, including the Théatre du Châtelet in Paris for three weeks of performances at the festival Les Étés de la Danse in 2011, critically acclaimed performances at New York City’s famed Koch Theater, presented by The Joyce in 2016, and the popular Spoleto Festival in 2018.

Anne-Camille is a member of Dance/USA. In 2015 she served as Lead Organization Chair for Dance/USA’s highly successful Miami conference that saw more than 500 attendees from across the nation. That same year she founded and co-chaired Dance/USA’s Company Manager Council, engaging a peer group of General Managers at national ballet companies with a budget of $15 million or more.

She holds a master's degree in arts management from Lyon University, France.
